The Prominence Westridge Phase 4 – Residential project was completed as part of the larger Westridge area. With 148 single family residential homes around two cozy pocket parks, Prominence Westridge is a vital and vibrant neighborhood in Okotoks, Alberta.
In addition to the homes, the project also included commercial/retail pads and sites for a church (Okotoks Evangelical Free Church), a community center (Foothills Centennial Centre), a seniors residential homes (Calvanna Village), and multi-family townhomes (Gardens of Westridge).
